- Enter CNIC: Input your 13-digit Identity Card number without dashes.

2. SMS Service (For Quick Updates)
- Open your mobile messaging app and type your 13-digit CNIC.
- Send it to 8171.
- You will receive an instant reply confirming if you are eligible for the Rs. 13,500 payment or any special Rs. 25,000 emergency grant.
3. 9999 Code (Specific to Ramzan Relief)
- To check specifically for the Ramzan 10,000/25,000 relief package, you can also send your CNIC to 9999 as per the latest provincial guidelines.
Important Registration Update for 2026
If the portal shows you are “Ineligible” or your “Survey is Expired,” you must visit a BISP Tehsil Office to complete the NSER Dynamic Survey.
- Requirement: A PMT Score of 32 or below is mandatory for regular cash assistance.
