The Government of Pakistan has officially expanded the network of BISP 8171 Payment Centers for the April 2026 cycle. This expansion aims to reduce travel time for beneficiaries in remote areas and minimize overcrowding at major bank branches.
The disbursement of the Rs. 13,500 installment is being managed through these new centers alongside partner bank ATMs.
Types of BISP Payment Centers in 2026
To make cash collection easier, the government has categorized payment points into four main types:
- Specialized Campsites: Established in government schools, sports complexes, or community centers during peak disbursement days.
- BISP Tehsil Offices: Most tehsil-level offices now have dedicated cash counters for immediate withdrawal.
- Partner Bank Points: Authorized HBL and Bank Alfalah retail shops (Franchise Agents) in local markets.
- Union Council Hubs: New for 2026, smaller centers have been opened at the Union Council level to serve rural populations.
How to Find Your Nearest Payment Center
Because the list of temporary campsites changes by district, you should use these official methods to find the exact location for your city:
- SMS Check: Text your 13-digit CNIC to 8171. The reply often includes instructions on which designated center or bank branch to visit.
- Official Portal: Visit 8171.bisp.gov.pk. After checking your eligibility, the system may provide a “Locate Center” option based on your permanent address.
- District Listing: You can visit your local Assistant Commissioner’s office or the BISP Tehsil office to view the physically posted list of all active campsites in your district for the current week.

- Zero Fee Policy: All payment centers are prohibited from charging any “service fee.” You are entitled to the full Rs. 13,500.
- Timing: Centers generally operate from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It is recommended to visit after the first week of the month to avoid the initial rush.
